Mr Louis CollinsHeadteacher
Mr Louis Collins
I am tremendously proud to be the Headteacher of Claydon Primary School. Â I completed a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS, at Liverpool John Moore's University. I joined Claydon Primary School as Assistant Headteacher and then Deputy Headteacher and am passionate and driven to lead the school as it continues to grow and go from strength to strength. I am very much a family man, who has great support from my amazing wife, two energetic young boys and two excitable dogs - weekends involve lots of sport, walks and family fun! I am passionate about our school and working with pupils, families and staff to drive the school forward to ensure we are all the best that we can be.

Mrs Kerrie Standring
I have taught at Claydon Primary School since 1999 and I am on my second stint as a governor. I love language; I love teaching French as well as English. I am the lead for reading so you'll often find me in our school library talking to children about what books they have enjoyed and what they would like to borrow next. I have had my children attend Claydon Primary School and care passionately about all children succeeding in our nurturing and inspiring environment.

I have been a parent Academy Committee Member at Claydon Primary since April 2019 and currently hold the position of co-chair. As a teacher myself, and with former experience as a senior leader, I understand the challenges of the current climate in education and enjoy working with the team at Claydon to ensure the very highest of standards for all pupils. As a parent of two children at the school, it is a pleasure to see how the full spectrum of school life embodies the Claydon motto of 'be the best you can be!'
